Binaural in Nature
For this SoundAscending Transmission I was called to record outside very early this morning. I wanted to do a binaural beat with 2 root 432hz chakra bowls, Grandmother & Platinum. Both of these bowls stimulate the Divine Feminine as well as bring in ancient wisdom from the Grandmother.
Binaural Beats are great for so many things they lower stress, increase focus, aid with sleep and relaxation, boost mood, assist with pain management, and foster creativity.
The Binaural was held within my beautiful and powerful Amethyst Heart Chakra bowl, creating the perfect 5th sacred interval and deeply routing us in the heart. Amethyst being a loving master energizer and conductor, an effective catalyst nurturing transformation and intuition with a clear connection to Source encouraging a compassionate balance of heart and mind.
