Karina has over 15 years of experience as a yoga practitioner and is certified as both a Physical Therapist Assistant and a Personal Trainer. She uses her diverse training to offer a holistic approach to health and ensures each client receives personalized care and support.
Karina is passionate about making yoga accessible to all, offering varied pose modifications to ensure each student achieves maximum benefit.
Karina’s dedication to helping people understand their body mechanics and alignment led her to become a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2017 and a Personal Trainer in 2019. She integrates her Physical Therapy skills into her yoga practice, providing guidance for optimal alignment to create ease and space in the joints and muscles. Karina tailors her approach to each student's injuries, limitations, and movement patterns, ensuring personalized and effective support.

During the sound meditation, you'll encounter a variety of sounds, including a symphonic gong, crystal singing bowls, harmonium, shruti box, guitar, ocean drum, rain stick, steel tongue drum, happi drum, buffalo drum, rattles, Koshi bells, chimes, vocals, and vocal melodies.
