“As a norm I try to veer myself away from the victim role which at times has led me to keeping loads of pain inside exiting through physical pain, all of which I was totally unaware of. I have lived with traumas in my life that were mine and mine alone.

I met Katy through the music industry and from there I found that she was a wonderful kind giving soul.

She helped me to find my voice and work my way through much of my trauma both emotionally and physically, through the past and in my current actions. I mention to Katy how my right ring finger hurts and she tells me about the connection to male relationships in my life; currently I am challenged with fellow male employees at work and am heading out on my first road trip ever to spend continuous time with my father after 50 years of life. She has helped to heal the physical pain in that hand as well as pull out traumas that needed clearing to help enjoy this amazing travel with my father.

I have had sessions in her home studio in Nashville, phone conversations, and over zoom. Please know that through all this work in my life I am still quite the skeptic; if I can’t hear you or see you making things move I am hard pressed to believe it’s actually moving. No matter where I am her odd duck mixture of voodoo definitely works. I cannot recommend her enough.

I am a builder and that is the name I give myself, partly because I have always been intimidated by the claim that I am an artist but that’s what I am and it is Katy that has given me the power to say that and speak my truth in words, actions, and through my art.”
