Music licensing has always been a mine field, so I want to make this as simple and painless as I can. There are some things that have to be included so you will find these below. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Terms & Conditions

This is a Music Usage Licensing Agreement between the licensor SoundAscending LLC and the licensee as named above The Licenser is the owner of the musical composition & the licensee is the person seeking to use the music The Licensor is the sole owner of the rights of the copyright to the musical composition subject to this Agreement and agrees to grant a license to the Licensee in accordance with the terms & conditions written within this agreement For the agreed fee, the licensee will receive the agreed amount of the composition parts in MP3 formats These MP3s compositions can only be used within the Licensee's video and audio content on streaming platforms. The MP3 compositions cannot be distributed in anyway* *(cannot be sold, given for free, given in any exchange) The Licensor, SoundAscending LLC agrees to license the composition for perpetuity as long as all terms and conditions are adhered to within this agreement. In any cases of breach of this agreement, the Licensor has the right to revoke the license.
